We help students discover colleges and courses, get admission-related information, and connect with colleges, counselling partners, and other education partners.

The enquiry must be submitted by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian.
We will ask for the parent or guardian's name and contact details on the enquiry form.
We may contact the parent or guardian to verify consent before sharing the student's information with any college or partner.
We will not use a minor's information for tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising.

If you believe a minor's information was submitted without parent or guardian consent, write to info@collegeenquiry.in and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights and How to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, withdraw your consent at any time, stop promotional communication, raise a complaint, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.

To make a request or withdraw consent, email info@collegeenquiry.in from the email address used in your enquiry (or mention the mobile number you used), with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may ask for information to verify your identity.

We will respond within 7 working days. After you withdraw consent, we will stop processing your information and ask our partners to do the same, except where the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting basic counselling does not require any payment to CollegeEnquiry.in. Fees charged by colleges, universities, or other third-party providers are separate and governed by their own terms.
